1. Citric Fruits Such as Oranges
Both Oranges and orange juice are rich in Fibre along with potassium, folate, lutein and vitamin A. You can add one or two Oranges every day or one glass of Orange Juice.
As we know that Grapes are sour in taste but Grapefruits is also a good source of vitamin C and also rich in vitamin C, plus fiber, potassium, and vitamin A.
3.Green Peppers and Red Peppers
Both Green /Red peppers are also the rich source of Vitamin -C along with Vitamin-A and Vitamin K. you can eat the sandwiches of Green/Red Peppers in the morning breakfast. Otherwise chopped the Green/Red Peppers, add one teaspoon Olive oil to Roasted them and eat as a salad.
Strawberries are also loaded with Vitamin-C which is sweet and juicy in nature and also folate and fiber ratio high in Strawberries along with potassium and magnesium. You can eat it as fruit or add the slices of strawberries on oatmeal or in yogurt or you can also make the smoothie in morning breakfast.

Tomato is also a good source of vitamin C along with Vitamin A and also have antioxidant property.
You can also eat raw tomato which is not a bad idea, you can eat it as a salad or also can make tomato sandwiched combines with other Vitamin C rich vegetables such as Broccoli.
And another option is you can also make the Tomato Juice and sprinkle a bit of black pepper and serve it and will get plenty of Vitamin- C.
Cauliflower is also loaded with Vitamin C, fiber, calcium, potassium, folate, and vitamin K, and also a great source of antioxidants. Cauliflower is delicious and crunchy in taste.
You can use Raw Cauliflower as a Salad or even you can cook it.
Cantaloupe is sweet in taste and this is the summer fruits. Cantaloupe Excellent source of vitamin C. Combine this with fruits and other melons for delicious and healthy fruit salads.
Honeydew Melon also contains vitamin C, potassium and is a good source of several B-complex vitamins and vitamin K. Combine this with fruits and other melons for delicious and healthy fruit salads.
Pineapples t also loaded with vitamin C, potassium, magnesium, folate, and fiber which has incredible taste. Add one cup of Pineapples in a day as fruit or also can make the tropical fruit smoothies
Potatoes have Vitamin C, fiber and a good source of niacin and magnesium and well known for their potassium content, Eat the baked potatoes with healthy other veggies such as broccoli,
Papaya is loaded with Vitamin C, Vitamin E and also has antioxidants properties. And also have phytonutrients and flavonoids that prevent your cells from undergoing free radical damage.
