Today we have prepared lentil soup for you with multifarious healthy ingredients and also good for your health such as tomatoes, spinach, herbs, and carrots. You can add more vegetables if you want to add. You have to simmer the soup until thick.

We have created the list which will use, So according to the quantity, you can add the ingredients to your lentil soup and enjoy the healthy soup.
- Medium Onion, chopped
- One small spoon of olive oil
- Carrot ( one or two), diced
- Celery, chopped
- Cloves and Garlic ( one or two minced piece)
- Oregano (one small tablespoon)
- Bay leaf ( one or two)
- Chopped tomatoes
- Lentils ( one or two cups according to person) and Soaked in water for half an hour.
- For one Cup add 4 cups water and for two add eight cups of water
- Half cup spinach, rinsed and thinly chopped
- Vinegar ( One or two small tablespoons)
- salt as per your taste
- ground black pepper and cinnamon as per your taste
The preparation process for Lentil Soup
- Take a pot and place them on the Gas flame and add olive oil and heat on medium heat.
- And then Add bay leaf, garlic and clove and then onions and stir for two to three minutes.
- And then add carrots, and celery and cook and stir for two to three minutes.
- And then add oregano, and basil and cook for 2 minutes.
- Put lentils, and add water and tomatoes.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for at least 1 hour. ( if you are using soup pot and if you are using pressure cook then two to three whistle is required, but also according to your Lentil because some lentil take much time)
- When ready to serve stir in spinach, and cook until it wilts.
- And then add vinegar and salt and pepper, and cinnamon. (according to your taste)
