How to Make Delicious Pumpkin Soup?

  • One tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 onions, 2 to 3 Garlic
  • 2 to 3 piece of peeled pumpkin or butternut squash, and remove seeds removed
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1 bowl vegetable stock
  • 1 orange
  • Cilantro / Coriander Leaves

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds Ingredients

  • Boil it for 15 to 20 minutes until it does not cook.
  • Take the blender and Grind all the mixture onto it.
  • Serve the delicious warm pumpkin soup by adding the toasted pumpkin seeds and cilantro/Coriander leaves
  • You can Also add Sauces to make it tastier.
