By the intake of Protein-rich food in diet will help in increase metabolism and also to burn bad calories. And when you become firm in reducing bad calories, protein helps in reduce extra muscle mass and automatically boost metabolism.

Roasted Oatmeal with Blueberries and almonds –
Oats are incredible nutritious meal in the morning which is full of powerful soluble fiber mainly called Beta-Glucan. Oatmeal high in antioxidant, also give essential healthy fats and vitamins. Eat oatmeal with adding simple milk or soy or almond milk or also can add flex seeds, chia seeds. When your oatmeal get ready make the topping of blueberries and almonds, serve it and enjoy the high- nutritious oatmeal.
Vegetable frittatas –
Try some different frittatas. Mix the white egg with lots of vegetables leaving yellow part, add turkey sausage or cheese for more protein. We are going to make small muffins cake of it.
- So pour the batter into the muffins cup and bake in the microwave.
- Set the microwave temperature and bake till you poke the fork in the baked muffins and when you get it out ,it should be clean.
- Add one Green tea cup for proper digestion.
Boiled eggs –
- Nutritious morning breakfast with full of protein.
- Eat 2 – 3 boiled egg leaving yellow part with two piece of brown bread with peanut butter on it.
- Add one fruit such as Apple, Orange ,Papaya (One piece)or other seasonal fruits which will give highly carbohydrates.
- Second option for change you can drink one glass of fresh juice or one cup of green tea.
Raw Vegetable Sandwich :-
- All sandwich lover, use only brown bread as it contain vitamins, more fiber, magnesium, folic acid, etc. and also brown bread is very healthier than white bread.
- Add all the veggie such as crushed carrot, Shimla mirch, cucumber, brocoli, cottage cheese, beans or other favorite vegetable according to your taste.
- you can make according to your flavor.
- Do not use mayonnaise on sandwich because it has bad calories. You can add curd in the vegetable to make it delicious or use green dhania chutney.
Yogurt with Oats
Yummy taste when you add yogurt in your oatmeal and add pinch of black pepper or cinnamon to make it more delicious. This will give you plenty of protein and fiber.
Delicious recipe of cottage cheese:-
when it comes to taking protein much, we find out many option to eat. So here are three recipe with low cottage cheese which will add different nutritious flavour in your morning breakfast.
- Take one small bowl of low cottage cheese, add 4 to 5 piece of strawberry, add 4 to 5 chopped piece of almond, add small pinch of cinnamon or black pepper and serve it.
- Take one small bowl of cottage cheese, add 4 to 5 piece of Cucumber, add 4 to 5 chopped piece of tomato, add small pinch of cinnamon or black pepper and serve it.
- Take one piece of butternut squash and chopped it and add one table spoon oil, one table spoon maple syrup, pinch of cinnamon and roast at 400 degree Fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes and mix it with low cottage cheese and enjoy the breakfast meal.
Peanut /Chocolate butter porridge:-
Some people are very fancier of sweet meal. This recipe for all of them with high protein. you can eat peanut butter with brown bread. in other hand you can mix the peanut butter with roasted oat ,add dark cacao, and some slice of banana ,then serve it with yogurt or milk according to your taste.
Crunchy recipe
We get bore by eating one meal every day. so let’s see the another dish of scrambled eggs. add pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, cherry tomatoes, and arugula in the scrambled eggs. this recipe is the combination of protein, fibre. Try this and enjoy the meal.
POACHED EGGS with acetous toast –
This is also very healthy recipe for you .Just take your poached eggs by adding some vinegar- and olive oil on it and eat it with any kind of toast as you like.
Smoothie
You can make smoothie according to your flavour by adding milk or yogurt or protein powder.
Pancake
You can make high protein recipe of pancake by yourself by adding the ingredients such as Greek yogurt, eggs, whole wheat flour, blueberries, cottage cheese, or part skim ricotta with one glass of fresh juice. See my recipe of Pancake here.
Quinoa
it’s very rich in protein. You can eat boiled cook quinoa in your breakfast meal and add some slice of blueberries or apple or banana and add milk, cinnamon to enjoy the different taste.
Milk
Always add one glass of milk in everyday morning breakfast. You can use other milk such as almond milk ,soy milk but in regular/ fresh milk you will take more protein rather than other packed milk. I always prefer fresh milk. If you are drinking only milk in your breakfast, than add 10 -12 piece of almonds and one apple In a week, I enjoy this breakfast meal
Curd
Like milk always add one bowl of yogurt in your daily breakfast. You can eat yogurt with one apple. In a week, I enjoy this breakfast meal.
Multigrain Flakes
eat one cup of multigrain lakes and add strawberries ,almonds, dates and apple in it and enjoy the meal with one cup of green tea.
Muesli
In One cup muesli add milk ,blueberries, strawberries, chia seeds, one tablespoon of organic honey. You can make this combination with roasted oatmeal.
Banana Toast
Make banana sandwich slice with pea nut butter and serve it with 3 to 4 almonds and one cup of Green tea.
Note :- With the above mentioned recipe ,I am regular in touch. I use all recipe in my daily life by making the combination of my choice. Do not eat anything alone, need to make combination. Yes I now this is little bit difficult for beginner but once you start, you will also like it too. with all this you need Morning and evening walk of 30 minutes regularly.

Sometime in the winter season ,there are multifarious people who love parantha, so they can eat stuffed parantha such as Carrot, reddish, cauliflower, do not eat potato parantha. Do not use oil ,and serve it with yogurt and one glass of green tea.
