High Protein Food

It’s very important to eat right protein in equal amount to get its health benefits. Body needs every essential nutrients to build strength and bone.

We have created following list which is rich source of protein.

1. Sea Food –

sea food is very good and rich source of protein because sea food does not contain .it is usually low in fat. Fish such as salmon is little bit higher in fat but other side it contains Omega 3-fatty acid.

Oily fish approximately 140 grams, contain 20 grams of protein such as Salmon, trout, mackerel, sardines, pilchards, herring, kipper, eel and whitebait.

2. Meat –

Meat is also a good source of protein but it also contains high saturated fats. So always eat lean meat which has less saturated fats. And before cooking remove skin. How you cook your meat it is also important for you. So always cook it with lemon or curd to take better protein and saturated fats. Because deep-fried meat has protein but saturated fats level is so high.

3. Eggs –

Eggs are expensive form of protein. Eat poached eggs and boiled eggs, which is better than fried and also contain less fat.

4. Milk, Cheese, and Yogurt –

yes these are dairy product but these are also good source of protein. These products contain valuable calcium which is essential to keep bones and teeth strong and help prevent osteoporosis. Choose skim or low-fat dairy.

5. Soy –

Soy is also good source of protein such as soy milk, Soy Nuts. To take it on daily basis can help Lower cholesterol.

6. Nuts and Seeds –

these are also rich in protein, so eat Almonds, cashews, walnuts and pecan nuts are high in protein, as are sunflower, pumpkin and flax seeds

7. Beans –

Boiled one cup of beans which contain as much protein and eat it with Black pepper. It is also rich in fiber to keep you feeling full for hours.

8. Oats –

Oats are second nutritious source of Protein on Planet. It is loaded with healthy fibers, Good calories ratio, low fat, Vitamin B1, and several other nutrients.

9.Cottage Cheese –

This type of cheese also contains very low fat and calories. It contains calcium, phosphorus, selenium, vitamin B12, riboflavin (vitamin B2) and various other nutrients.One cup of cottage cheese contains 2% fat and 27 grams of protein with 194 calories.

10. Broccoli –

Broccoli is rich in protein as compared to other vegetables and also loaded with Vitamin C, Vitamin K, fiber and potassium. You can eat broccoli on daily basis.

11. Quinoa –

It is also loaded with Protein, Vitamins, minerals and fiber, you can eat quinoa in the place of rice.                   

12. Lentils –

there are huge variety of Lentils and it is plant-based protein and eat it on daily basis you will get excellent ration of protein, vitamins, magnesium, iron, potassium and various other nutrients.High Protein Legumes such as Soybeans, Kidney beans and chickpeas.

13.Ezekiel Bread –

it is a different kind of protein than other. it is made up of organic and sprouted whole grains and legumes which include millet, barley, spelt, wheat, and soybeans.

14. Sprouts –

Sprouts such as black Chana and Mung daal is another high source. You can mix it with tomato, onion, green chili with lemon and some black pepper, a delicious recipe will ready and enjoy the meal.

15. Pea Nut Butter

You can eat it by making a bread slice. It is loaded with Fiber and other nutrients. Protein ration is high in Peanut Butter.
