To lose weight doesn’t mean that you skip the food, you need to learn the basic requirement for losing weight. To loss weigh you should follow the proper list of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dieting is very small word but it’s very hard to follow you have to say bye bye to all chips, cold-drinks, Pizza which is most favorite between all, and say no to all oily and deep fry foods.

1. You must choose chose low card diet –

You can include meat such as beef, chicken, fish such as Salmon, trout and many others, Boiled eggs, and vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, carrots, cauliflower and many others

2. Eat when you fell hunger, break your meal in six parts

you will have to maintain your timetable. do not eat when you are not hunger. On a low-carbs diet you should aim to eat when hungry.

3 .Be persistent –

you have to do work hard to succeed on this track. You will have to follow strict on low card diet.

4. Do not smoke and avoid beer and alcohols-

This part is really important and you msut be include in your life. Excessive intake of smoke, alcohol and other drug may lead you in the difficult situation.

5. Need to measure your progress wisely

check your measurement before starting your weight loss journey. And then check it once a week or after completing one month.

6. Include high fiber food-

include Fruits such as oranges, apples, strawberries, blue berries, Guava, Vegetables such as bean and legumes and also include salads, soups.

7. Do not Include artificial sweeteners

some people use artificial sweeteners in the place of sugar and think that it will reduce their calories intake and cause weight loss. But this is not the right way because artificial sweeteners increase appetite and maintain carving for sweet food.

8.Do not eat dairy products much –

you just stay away from dairy product such as pastry chocolate, cheese because sugar level is very high in these products and will slow down the rate of loss weight and burn fat.

9. Do not eat fruit which contain sugar –

this type of fruits can low the speed of burn fat. Also, can increase your hunger. You can eat it occasionally as a treat.


  • To eat calories, you have to take the suggestion form your Trainer because everyone has different body size and weight, due to this we require different calories, different activity level.
